How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Visit stripe.com and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Use the “Request a refund” option associated with your order.
• You can also contact CRE8TIVE SPACES™ support and we’ll help coordinate the refund with Stripe.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. The 30-day refund window applies to the most recent renewal.
