Acceptable Use Policy

1. What Green Apples is

Green Apples is a self-serve software product operated by CRE8TIVE SPACES™. It delivers digital frameworks, pre-recorded audio scripts, interactive simulators, and AI-assisted tools to sports families through a web application. Green Apples is not a coaching, counseling, advisory, consulting, medical, clinical, legal, financial, or human-services business. We do not provide one-to-one professional services and we do not match users with human coaches, therapists, or advisors.

2. No medical, clinical, or professional advice

Content in Green Apples — including any material related to injury prevention, “prehab”, breathing, recovery, nutrition, mindset, or performance — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, is not a diagnosis or treatment plan, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider or other qualified professional with any questions regarding a medical condition, injury, or mental-health concern. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or generated in Green Apples.

Green Apples does not make weight-loss, muscle-building, fitness-outcome, or health-outcome guarantees, and outputs must not be relied upon for any such purpose.

3. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service use generative AI to produce scripts, summaries, and simulated dialogue. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, using your own judgment, and not relying on AI output for any regulated professional decision (medical, clinical, legal, financial). We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs at our discretion.

You may not use Green Apples or its AI features to:

• generate sexual, sexually-suggestive, or otherwise adult content;
• generate hateful, harassing, violent, or self-harm content;
• generate human-like faces, face swaps, deepfakes, or voice impersonations;
• generate any content depicting or using the likeness or voice of an identifiable person without that person’s explicit, verifiable consent (and, for minors, the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian);
• perform automated decision-making or categorization of people (for example, profiling athletes for selection, scholarships, or psychological diagnosis);
• generate medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional advice;
• jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise attempt to bypass safety filters.

4. Child safeguarding

Green Apples is intended for use by parents, guardians, and adult coaches. Accounts may only be created by adults (18+). If content within an account relates to a minor athlete, the account holder confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of that minor, or have the guardian’s permission, and is solely responsible for what they share. Do not upload identifying images, video, audio, or contact information of minors, and do not use the Service to generate or distribute any sexual, exploitative, grooming, or otherwise harmful content involving minors. We will report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and terminate the account.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Green Apples to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including IP, privacy, and publicity rights);
• defraud, deceive, harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or bully any person;
• promote or celebrate violence or physical harm, or target any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or other protected characteristic;
• upload, store, or transmit malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication;
• scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a stand-alone product or service;
• resell access, share accounts, or use the Service to operate a competing coaching, counseling, or advisory practice;
• use the Service in any way that could threaten reputational, legal, or chargeback risk to CRE8TIVE SPACES™ or our payment provider.

6. User content

You are responsible for any content you submit (notes, profile data, prompts, uploaded media). You must have the rights to submit it, and it must comply with this policy. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

7. Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement. This policy supplements — and is incorporated into — our Terms & Conditions.

9. Reporting abuse

To report a violation, IP infringement, or safety concern, contact CRE8TIVE SPACES™ via the support channel listed on our website or in your Stripe receipt. We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable period and act promptly on credible reports.
