CRE8TIVE SPACES™ (“we”, “us”) operates Green Apples and is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and profile preferences.
• Family/sport profile: information you choose to add about your athlete, sport, and goals.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, scripts generated, device and browser identifiers, IP address.
• Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.
• Order data: handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status, plan, and renewal dates.

3. Why we process it

• To create and operate your account and provide the Service (contract).
• To process subscriptions and manage entitlements via Stripe (contract).
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve features and content (legitimate interests).
• To provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
• To send service or marketing emails where permitted (consent or legitimate interests).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

• Stripe — our Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax, and invoicing.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and analytics subprocessors that help us run the Service.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers, under confidentiality.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your personal data.
